The 160-bed student accommodation based in Beeston, Nottingham, was completed for HBW Construction Ltd. The project consisted of a natural automatic smoke ventilation system, with 2 multistorey smoke shafts within the corridors and 13 automatic opening windows to stair cores and corridors.
All AOV equipment used for this project was supplied through our partners SE Controls, and smoke shaft dampers from Advanced Air.
