Full Mechanical Smoke ventilation system was installed on this project, which is fully automatic with Smoke detectors installed on the system. The site was 3 apartment blocks, which consisted of 2 dedicated mechanical smoke shafts and multiple natural ventilation inlet shafts, with Dampers located on every floor with Manual call point fitted adjacent. The system was also fully programmed to suit the fire strategy of the building.
We also caried out the SKY Q with Fibre back bone system, the Door Entry, CCTV and the Access control for all the blocks.
